Ideation

The project aimed to create an illustrative style for internal communication. During the design process, the idea emerged to feature a person as the central element. Consequently, we created a character for each role in the company, with distinctive traits and attributes corresponding to their positions. Emphasizing Objectivity's British identity, we incorporated references and elements from British culture and history.

Realisation

These characters were intended to appear in various contexts, including recruitment, internal documents, merchandise, and even office murals. The character anatomy was designed to allow for future animations. We expanded the color palette beyond the branding colors to create a more welcoming message. The ideation and execution process involved multiple individuals, including Brits, managers, and representatives of specific roles.
